Need cheap mobo/cpu fast

I know a guy who is disabled and can rarely make it out of his home and all he has to do is play on the internet. But here's the problem he doesn't have any money and his old socket 7 mobo with a k6-2 cpu is fried due to power spike. I want to give him a system so he has a way to get on the internet. The problem is the board he had I couldn't even find any ID info on the board, he said his wife(who passed away 2 years ago) got it from fingerhut :( and the mobo is small like a microATX but has a AT type PSU in it. So what I'm looking for is a cheap mobo/cpu that is either microATX or I may even have a ATX midtower case to give him and I have 128mb of pc133 ram, modem, cheap pci video card, and sound if it doesn't have it onboard like his old one had onboard video, and sound. I'd like to find something 350mhz or higher if posible and I plan to take it to him on Thanksgiving if I can get it together in a week :O so let me know what ya have and a price that I may be able to afford, but I can't spend much as Christmas time is growing near and my kids think they need things for Xmas.

OK jus opened the case again :( I have never seen a mobo with so many popped caps and the k6-2 has a real nice black spot right in the middle of it and I can't even read anything off of it anymore. Man must have been some power spike. And it IS a microATX mobo and ATX psu in it after relooking it. so a microATX would be great but I have a old AT case in the garage if need be.

MDS: I got an OEM gateway with a Pentium 200. she worked till I stole the Hddd and ram. I think I have 33.600 modem left, not sure. want it? she's a ATX in a mid-tower case right nowit?

I hope your friend enjoys. if you can get a slot 1 mobo by Sat. I happen to have a P-II 266 with hsf I can send instead of the Pentium 200/ and mobo.

this is the kind of stuff I try and do around here. I might not have the latest/greatest equipment laying around but what I do have works fine.
I hate seeing someone want to enjoy the experence of having a computer, exspeacly their very own, and not being able to have that experence.
And I hate seeing something tossed just because it's not main stream anymore. heck, my notebook is a Pentium 133 with NO CD capableity and it works fine for me.
Im wish more people would open their eyes and help folks like your friend, instead of tossing out their old machines/parts/software.
There is a very kind sysopt member who goes out of their way to help me with parts. I've recived two whole workingP-133's and various socket 7 mainboards/ Hdd's/CPU's/and lots of software including 95/98/98se OS's, on cd that they don't use anymore. this member has never asked for money, even tho they buy most of the stuff they send me. not even for the shipping charges. I've tried and offered befor and they got upset.
