On NDC's member status sticky note - he mentions that 0+ people are newbies -

I'd argue, just for fun, that the zeros will be down-right invisible.....

0+ is actually correct because the status of "newbie" is assigned at the time a persons account is created...While you might see a Post for that person they are still searchable in the membership lists and would be in the classification of Newbie members.

but then on second thought I personally would take 0+ to be greater than zero becuase of the plus sign...... thus meaning to be 1 (one) or more...lol
