How can I get an extra 100 3DMarks?

I need 100 more to get 12000 3DMarks.

Basically, I started at 2.667 GHz CPU, 315/600 vid ( gf4 4200, 64 MB ) and got 11900 or so, then I bumped up to 2.7 GHz cpu, same numbers. I can't run very reliably at 2.8GHz, so thats out of the question. I think 2.7GHz is about the performance limit of my CPU. I have not tried any higher than 600 MHz memory speed ( these are 4ns Hynix mem chips on the vid card ).

Any suggestions?
