Between repairs and refurbs I couldnt even begin to count. Been in business legally for 3 years and some change.
I would have to guess 500 minimum and that might be a bit low.
I stopped counting when I started working for the local computer shop...who knows many. lol.

Fixed two for co-workers. Never really counted how many I've built for myself, most of them were old Pentiums I used for learning.

These are approximates, as my filing system is a pathetic mess (and my memory 8| for such things):
From all new components: 10-12
Rebuilds: 25
Repairs & Upgrades: 60-70
Rollouts: 50
Consultations: 200-300
Networks Built: 8
That's not including the massive amount I have done for myself.

Actual systems built, gawd only knows, probably well over 100 built from scratch over the last 10 years or so...
Upgrades, I wouldn't have the faintest idea, I've always got at least one I'm looking at, at the mo, I have 4 systems to upgrade...
Repairs, probably in the order of 70-100, thankfully not many from builds I've done :bunny:
I've also built a few networks over the last 5 or 6 years, probably upto 10 now, mostly simple peer to peer notworks involving 10 or less computers, a couple were half and half wireless, but I've built a couple that were dedicated domain server upwards of 50 systems.
If only I could make some real money out of it  Market is seriously flooded in this area :(

Well, I have built and repaired so many PCs and other types of computers that I would have to put the number at well over two thousand, perhaps over three thousand. I started fixing technology back in 1969 when I was four. I used to go around the block and fix tube tvs for 2 bucks a shot. I was the richest kid on the block! By my senior year in HS, I was out of half my classes setting up and running two different computer labs, one Radio Shack and one Apple II. None of the teachers knew anything about them so they let me order whatever I thought we needed. A few years later I was working on missile targeting computers in the Army. After the Army I worked on Mainframes like the AS400 and eventually worked for publishing companies doing tech support. For the last decade, I've been doing technical work and system administration here in little NYC. During all that time, I collected my own computers and, of course, set up hundreds of friends and family. It does get annoying sometimes, but hey, I love it!
