Netmeeting & Linksys BEFSR11

I can use Netmeeting for video conferencing by setting that machine to DMZ mode through the router (if I don't put it into DMZ, then the calling party can't get through to me). But I have to do this each time I want to use Netmeeting, then disable DMZ afterwards.

Is there a way that I can setup the router (perhaps with Port Forwarding?) so that I can use Netmeeting whenever, without having to worry about putting it into DMZ mode?

My router has firmware 1.39. TIA.

Yes you will need to find out exactly which multiple ports that Netmeeting is needing to use and forward it or them to the ip of the machine you want to use for Netmeeting

Looks like Mntsnow's got you coverdd there! That's the same way I use netmeeting on my system connected to a Linksys 4-port router... Just open those ports up...
