for only $995 you can get the lightwave 7.5 dual dongle. I paid almost $1200 for my 7.0 of windows only and now 7.5 dual dongle (windoze/mac) for $200 less. I need to start playing with it again as I stopped when I got the big C and it cost toooo much to just have it sit there and not learn to use it to it's fullest. It is a hard program to learn but the things you can do are so real life that ya can't tell the difference lots of times. The effects on Pearl Harbor the movie were done with lightwave 7.0, and my cuz is a master at it.
