Info Stickies

After some visiting over at [H] I noticed they have alot of info stickies about certain topics in their respective categories and I think this is a great idea for XPC. It would deffinately eliminate alot of repetitive questions. I would even suggest to copy some of the material and links from [H], stuff that's not specifically owned by [H] of course like original information.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm thinking of something slightly different as I personally don't care for a bunch of stickies at the top of every forum but maybe I could in the future create a FAQ forum with the most commonly asked questions (I'm of course thinking this is more on the Computer support side of things such as OS, Hardware, Networking type questions)

I'll go over there in a little bit and pick out which ones I like in particular and which I think would be a good addition to xpc then come back with some feedback for you.
