Don’t know if this is the correct place to post this, i can’t see any appropriate place at all.
I tend my Apologies in advance if it is wrong

I know of course that this forum would not give me a virus, but I have just logged in to the home page no problem, then I clicked on the Forum button and the page started to load, but as it did, a dialogue box popped up headed AVG Resident shield with the following message –
Virus – Trojan horse Downloader.small15.az is found in file cwindows\matAdown.dll
To remove virus rub AVG.

I have run AVG and it found two viruses which it cleared by healing.
Can anyone tell me if I got this virus from here, or how else I got it, and why it appeared as I downloaded the web page.

Thanks in advance Fagin

Hi Fagin!

No, this place is as clean as a whistle, you didn't get a virus from here!

Are you running AVG 7.0? The only results I could get on on matAdown.dll was a potential false positive from AVG 7.0! I can't find it listed in AVG,s virus directory, nor Symantec's!

BTW I moved this to Gen Tech Support and Discussion!
