Hey y'all, please bare with me whilst I munch my way through 3 rounds of bacon butties, and drink this nice ice cold bottle of Stella...

...been hungry all night as I got up late and didn't have time for tea before I had to leave for work. The Stella, well no excuse, but why not.

WOOT! The holiday season has begun, thats it for me now until the new year! oooh, just think of all that time to laze around drinking, eating, and flying my kite :)

Anyways, I'm so excited about it all, that the stats cock-up yesterday didn't upset me even a little bit, a smidge annoying, but, well, sh*t happens :)

So now that they are working again, how did we do you ask... Rather well, 1.4 million points uploaded, 600 thousand molecules examined, and over 56 thousand hits reported :D

Quite a nice selection of colour in the table, some great dumps, and some good rank changes. Coupled with some great milestones, all in all, a very good day for Team XPC.

Well, now that these are done, and the bacon butties have gone, it's time for me to get my head down for a few hours, before the games begin later...

yep,up xtra early here,too. worked outside in a bloody blizzard yesterday. i thought i froze my face,the wind was so strong. trying to nail down a 16X20 foot tarp on top of a frame we built to house in a concrete pour was especially exciting.:) plus we worked 10 hours in that crap. i need a layoff..(well,not NEED,but wouldnt howl with disheartenment if i did get one:D ) this outside crap in the middle of winter for four years in a row is getting discouraging.

I've got FaD running on a box with Mandrake on it. My isp is flaky and I usually keep extra jobs downloaded in case I'm offline for a bit. Is there any way to do this in linux? If there is it would have to be something real simple. I've not been using linux very long and most stuff is over my head. :rolleyes: ;)

I woke up sick today too - feverish, sore throat, chest congestion, cold all day, head feels like I have a bad hangover.

My AMD duallie has stuck a problem - seems I mustn't have done the XP to MP mod right, as it says it has non-SMP CPU's in there. Out with the acetone and try again, it seems. Still haven't got win old win queue server running again. I think it's a HDD issue, but it checks fine. It'll boot from CD and floppy; just won't load and boot windoze properly. It loads it (even formatted the drive again), but when it goes to go to first boot it blanks screens still. RAM checks fine. Huh? Oh well, I'll keep at it.
