netmeeting comes to mind. what operating system? Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix?

umm.. well .. there r many... but depends on how many ppl u r going to have
conference with .. u can use yahoo .. or skype.. and if r behind firewalls
and want to talk to many then try www.dingotel.com

I have to give a vote for Skype for freebie and works pretty nicely
