first question- Is thier a way to change the PSU fan.

Second question- What is Paging/swap File?

Changing PSU fans is easy, you just open up the PSU and put a new one in. in some cases, when you can't just plug it in where the old fan was connected, you might have to twist the ends of the wires of the fan cable together with the ends of the wires that are soldered to the circuit board of the PSU. In that case, cut the old fan's wires to be long enough to connect the new fan. red wire goes with red, black with black. just make sure to wrap the bare part of the wire with electrical tape, so that it won't touch anything else inside the PSU and short circuit the thing. Wrap the red wire seperate from the black.

Paging/Swap file some refer to it as Virtual memory/RAM, from the way I understand it, all it is, is Hard Drive space being used as RAM to store frequently accessed Data, in addition to System Memory (Regular Physical RAM).
