Lost task bar and icons

I was over at moms running spybot adware and stinger and cleaned everything out. System seemed to work fine when i got done BUT then i took and deleted a program called go-back and since deleting this program i now have no task bar or no icons on the screen like maybe i lost IE or something mom is very unhappy with me as she can not run her email.:eek:
