MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. - "Superman" actor Christopher Reeve, who turned personal tragedy into a public crusade and from his wheelchair became the nation's most recognizable spokesman for spinal cord research, has died. He was 52.

I agree CC. He was a super man. Worked hard. He was one of those actors who actually did good. These new guys today do drugs and are always in court.

Man, this is sad :( I always loved watching him when I was a child.

He was a strong,cool person it is a real shame his body could not keep up.
When my daughters are old enough I'll make sure they watch his films.
Stem cell research,it could help people like chris,soon too.

It's funny, but I just immediately thought, "wow, at least he's free from that crippled body"....
