more than two cd burners?

i was looking around for my father who needs a cd burning program to back-up pictures / documents etc. why is there only 2? nero and easy cd creator...and why are they both $99. anyone know of something thats easy to use and closer to $50?

You can try CD Burner XP Pro, its free, though lately I haven't gotten it to work, but when I did it wasn't that bad.
