I recently updated to teh 1.25b on my 3000+. I went from a 190 or so rating to a 116. Heck, my 2400 is rated at 145.

Seems fine on my end, I have two 2400+ machines at 180 and 187 CPU rating right now. I'll wait and see if it drops significantly.

I'm back up to 194 now. I ran pestscan.com and removed some items from there (dont' think that did anything really) and its back up

eh......

1.25a did lower my ratings on the 2700 and 2100 til i made their disks dynamic then they were back to normal........

1.25b.....just made the jobs long again

the hard drives were basic "partitions"

it seemed to slow the athlons down.....

i was getting a 210 rating on the 2700 consistantly....til 1.25a. with 1.25a the rating dropped to a consistant 168.... until i decided to mess with the partitions and i turned them into "volumes"

note that this only seemed to make a difference with the athlons as theyre meant for 32 bit technology. with the pentium 3s.....the ratings didnt change whatsoever...
