Snooze problem

On my duron 800 system (headless system), I have a problem with FAD going into snooze mode. I'll check the machine every couple of days and the snooze will be checked. I have turned off all power saving options. (just turned off the monitor power saving today). Any ideas of why it would randomly decide to snooze? I realize it is working hard crunching adn all and needs a break, but come on! get soem coffee!!
