Roflol, well I figured out why no one could get in after I changed the ports, I forgot to enable it so people could get in :D. I left it at the defualt of zero after I checked it's box :D . hehe. going to test it via dail up in a moment.

well, i can't ftp in via dail up ether, and, i just found out that deerfield.com (my dns) is down, kinda explanes alot, oh well, maybe tomorrow.

Yep Most likely I was hitting the OLD IP since your dynamic IP DNS service is currently down.

I am using ServeU FTP Server and absolutely love the way it functions. Flawless and setup was a snap.

Me too.
I also recommend no-ip.com if your on dynamic. It's free.

If you have a Cisco 67x, and a dynamic IP, I can give you the command to have your Cisco grab the same IP EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU REBOOT..
Instant Static IP..
It has worked for me for three years, perfectly

A Cisco67x? I'm guessing that is the modem type? If so no, I have a Toshiba TPX 2500.
