I'm a sim freak { besides being a unreal coop addict :D }
I love MS flite sims and their train one, Attack sub 688 is cool and Falcon 4 is great. I can spend hours with a sim and think nothing of it :) I have both Silient Hunter I and II. And I can't wait for this one to come out in Sept. I might not have a box that can run it now, but I'll get it anyhow for future use. I'm also trying to find MS's century of Flight for future use also. Hehe I have MS's first fight sim, it came on two 5 1/4 floppies and ran from them. :D I have a drive for my old 5 inchers games still.
I have a hard truck 18 wheels of steel, lol, I'm easyly entertain :D and cabela's off road 4 wheel drive, NASCAR Heat 2000, Total Adrenline 3D drag racing, and few more. yes, I love the bargin bin at staples and EB Games here.
Mostly I love the flight sims and sub sims.

Edit: I'm still learning how to spell :D

Oooooh, This new one looks nice,might have to get it, juts DL the ingame footage video to see whats in store, never bothered to try Silent Hunter II, but have tried some others in past, have 688 Attack sub, & Another SUb Sim (can't remember the name), but this one looks all prettied up with lots of realistic eye candy. Wasn't Silent HUnter the series last time around that could be used in conjunction with Destroyer Commander, or was that Silent Steel?

I have tried MS TRain Simulator, bought it juts to cruise around in the high speed trains, was kind of fun for a bit, just loved to take the freight trains at full speed, until I hit asmall turn & watch those beasts wipe out, but got bored with the game real quick.

I got Cabela's 4X4 adveture also tried it till I got bored with some of the sh*tty physics in the game, therer'd be times I barley nicked a rock & all sorts of crap would happen to my vehicles, also last MS Flight SIm I played was Flight Sim 95, have a ton of the Jane's Combat series sims, LOngbow, US Air Force, F/A-18, soem WWII fighter game (can't remember the name sof soem of these, been that long since I played), but my other Sim specialty is Space Sim's, got hooked on Wing Commander, back in the early 90's, & have been addicted since then, Got Wing Commander Prophecies (& the expanison set also), FreeSpace 1 & 2, The Babylon 5 Conversion for Freespace2, Babylon 5: Ive found her, X-Wing Alliance, Starfleet Academy, Klingon Academy, Star Trek Bridge Commander, Starlancer, & many others. Gonna get Privateer 2 eventually if I can find it, & also gonna get X2: The Threat, & Freelancer eventually down the road here too. HAven't gotten into to many car sims, lately, just NFSU, & Hot Pursuit 2, tried several demos liek Apex & Toca 2, & some other's but am just tired of some of the true to life sims out, last one I bought was one of the EA Super Bike series games. over a year ago.

yes, SH was a must have if you had DC, so was SS, I got my DC ripped off and now you can't find that anywheres.
LOL, yaa hoo to the descent series, I have all of them.
I also have a bunch other filte sims, alot of hielcopter ones, longbow, apache/havoc, A10 tank illert, the huge 8 cd disk klingon empire. man that look so hot on the kids old 1200 athlon with that ati 9200 card.
as for train sim, ya gota DL the addons for cars/engines/track seceanery, adds alot of other places to run the rails.
hehe my first sub sim was for the old NES system, which I still have :) and my 688 was in sega gen format.
I would love to find a pc version of the old simple mindless, adictive game I had for my old amiga 500, it was called "drip"
LOL, cabela's 4x4 is tupied but it was only $2.99 at eb's and they got starsky and hutch my son saw thursday in the bargin bin for the same price, hehe the stupider the game the better :D

I played the original first Silent Hunter and I would spend hours playing that... but that was a long time ago. I think I'd be interested in the 3rd installment.

CC, DL the in game footage of SH3, you'll be impressed, I know I am I'd tell Madfish but he's only got dial-up, & its like 30MB, but then again it's almost worth it, Realistic oceans & you can change cameras where ever you want, & all sorts of cool stuff, truly impressive stuff for a Sub Sim (when they put the camera angle over the ship you can see the torpedos trail under water coming towards the ship).

I've downloaded it 2-3 times and played it several times.

My bro watched it & was really impressed with it, says he may have to get the game to play it when it comes out, I only hope there is soem really cool Multiplayer stuff with it when it does, that would be so cool to play multiplayer like that have a pack of subs & maybe some surface support vessels hunt each other down or something.
