Not enough power??

I have just recently added 4 80mm lighted fans to my computer as well as a dual cold cathode setup to my PIII 1ghz system with a 250 watt power supply. It seems to be running a bit slower now when i try to open applications. Is it possible that this could be due to the cpu not getting enought power? Any help would be great!

Nope. If you dont have enough power, it will crash or have errors.

The slowness is probably due to fragmentation or bad software installation or corrupt software.

Also keep in mind that you may be overloading your power supply unit and at worst, that can cause under voltage to your hardware which can cause damage...
