I have exported an address book to a directory and then burned it to a CD.
After reinstalling the operating system, (Win XP Home) I cannot import that book from the CD. ("Error import cannot be completed").
If I try to open the book from the CD then I get error ("File locked by another program, close program and retry"). I have no other programs running !
Any Ideas guys this is a large address collection.
