Canadian goverment to sue HP?

The Canadian goverment said it is to take legal action against Hewlett Packard, demanding the firm prove it carried out maintenance work for the Department of National Defence it charged 159 million Canadian dollars for.
Mounties and auditors are trying where the $159 million went. For its part, HP said it was "misled in this matter," and launched its own investigation.
