Lawyers for a Florida firm accused of inundating AOL users with spam have hit back with a motion seeking to dismiss the lawsuit.

So if AOL wins the $1.6 Million their suing for are they gonna right out checks to the customers of their service, the real victims here, or what?

Think about this... millions of people gave to the red cross thinking victims of 9/11 were going to receive it...
not a dime.
