Problem with users downloading with BPFTP server

I am using version 2.21 (trial user)

I was using this program to send a friend a file but I kept running int o this partiuclar problem..

We have tried both passive and port, my multi ip settings are set up but I cannotfigure out what could be causing this problem.. I am behind a linksys router and I went as far as setting myself as DMZ host..

Any clue what this could be?

What ftp client are your users using? What type of "server" do they have their client set to?
