I have a thermatake Xaser III case with 7 case fans, and it seems to be running a little warm for my tastes. (Right now its idling at 44.8 C, during a load, 55 C). Possibly one of the problems is that ive never been able to successfuly get the fan controls to operate. my mobo (asus A7N8X dlx) has a thermaltake silentboost heatsink on it which moves a lot of air. Im still trying to work out the kinks in this system, but im thinking about getting a heatpipe for my radeon 9800 (http://www.thermaltake.com/coolers/chipset/a1919.html), and some different case fans. Im still cutting my teeth somewhat with this, so any feedback or any advice on different directions to take is appreciated.
Thanks....

Have you made sure you have the correct cooling cnfiguration? What thermal paste are you using? ARe you fans pulling? Pushing?

as far as thermal paste im using arctic silver. the fan config is right, top-exhaust, two rear fans exhaust, two side fans-intake, two front fans-intake. im wondering if the fan control system on the front not working properly may causing them to operate at minimal speed or if they just suck. they seem to move very little air......
