This may seem kind of dumb to ask, but is there any kinds of radiators for cooling ambient air. I know heatpipe tech is similar, but was wondering if there is any kind of radiator that could cool air being sucked in to the case via a fan or blower fan & & be cooled passing through some sort of radiator setup to be used for blowing cooler ambient air onto the CPU & GPU. similar to a cold air induction setup for a car or at least in theory anyways. I'm trying to avoid the complicated water or liquid cooling setups as they are too expensive & have more risks than active or passive air setups.
