ULead Cool 3D is what I use. Here is the link to the free 15 day trial download:

I have the original free download that wasn't time limited. Easy to use program.

The demo disk I have is Cool 3D with Gif Animator on the disk. Unlimited time evaluation. Sorry for the mixup.
