A former executive at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce was charged Tuesday by both federal and New York state authorities with helping various hedge funds make illegal mutual fund trades and obtain additional sources of financing.
New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer's office arrested Paul Flynn, 46, on Tuesday morning and arraigned him before a state court later in the afternoon.
