A bar is holding a contest and the grand prize is $10,000 for anyone who can make a drop of water come out of a stone. The contest goes on for over a year, truckers, bikers, bodybuilders and athletes all try squeezing the stone, to no avail. A little balding man in a suit and a briefcase comes into the bar and says, "I heard about your contest and I would like to try it." Bartender looks at this guy and thinks, "this little wimp can't do it, but what the hey?" The little man picks up the rock and holds it over a glass. Lo and behold, he squeezes the rock and water goes pouring out of it like he is juicing a lemon. Everyone stares at him in shock and asks how he does it. He looks up, smiles, and replies, "Simple, I work for the IRS!!!"
