I've have managed to recover from the red "Rejected's" several times by just keeping cool and doing nothing !!!

The rejected jobs happily uploaded themselves without any divine intervention from me, at the same time as I sent off the next completed ones. So keep your cool, wait until you have the next job completed, and then press Send. It's simple when you know how !!!
