what a strange feeling. For the few who know me around here, you may know that I work for a mentoring agency and have for a while, a little over 5 years. I have invested myself in this place and the kids both emotionally and intellectually, I have met and worked with some incredible community and civic personnel as well as some wonderful kids... actually- an amazing amount of very cool kids. I have watched some succeed beyond expectation while others continued their downward spiral. In short, it has been an amazing experience where I have influenced others and been just as influenced. I have probably grown just as much in my 5+ years here as those I have served and worked with. I had no idea leaving this community and kids would be so hard...

... this brings me to my point, even though it is the end of my time at www.weldpartners.org , it is only the beginning of another adventure. I am moving back to the east coast to be closer to family and loved ones. Through my travels in Colorado, I truly learned the value of family and its importance in our (at least my) lives... as a result, I wont be around for quite a while. I have a lot of work and time in front of me to find meaningful new employment and a place to hang my hat. Yea, yea... I appear to not have been that active for while, truth is, I visit a lot and read up, just havent had much time to hit 'reply.'

I wish you all health and happiness over the next month or two... enjoy.
