Yeah... that is wierd - apparently many papers have sent out journalists who have been shown the abilities.....
If it is true, that is truly amazing

I knew you were gonna post that, Gohan, saw it coming..........
Seriously, I think the X-Ray vision is possibly a slant thrown in to help comprehension of the ability, and perhaps she 'senses' things and then visualises them based upon that sense.
Stranger things have happened!

I can believe she has vision better than the normal...maybe even into the infrared range...but not X-Ray vision. It's not uncommon for some people to have better hearing than others...some over 20KHz even (most people can barely percieve a 20KHz sound and many cant hear even above 16 KHz), so I guess some copuld have better sight.
Now...as for having an emotional connection with someones pain...thats more believable.
To be honest...I think I smell something here, like a little BS...

Sounds a little paranormal to me... If, and that's a strong if, IF, she has that capability, its not something she was born with, and I seriously doubt that it came from another source. I'm kinda leary and have to leave this one alone...
I did some checking and reading some of the other articles at that site. I was left with the impression they are pretty much all about sensationalism and I wouldnt give them any credibility.
Thats just my opinion.

A health doss of skepticism is what I'll give this, until otherwise informed.
Pravda is not reknowned for it's correct scientifc content, at any rate.
Maybe when the NEJM or The Lancet publishes these findings I'll be less skeptical. :p
Cheers

Thinking of putting a slant on stories, if it turns out to be a hoax, does that mean that everyone who 'saw through it' has X-Ray vision?
:D

:D, I concur CBB, I concur. I'll just file this one away with the rest of the X-Files.
